Refund policy

Merchandise purchased from our online store may be returned for online or in-store credit (minus original shipping and handling fees) in the form of a Shop Heirloom Gift Card within 14 days of purchase if in original condition and in original packaging. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise we are unable to replace. Please contact us to inquire about your exchange or return.
