Returns & Exchanges

New merchandise purchased from our online store may be returned for online or in-store credit (minus shipping and handling fees) in the form of a Shop Heirloom Gift Card within 14 days of purchase if in original condition and in original packaging. Vintage Items are final sale. Refunds are not issued unless it is an extenuating circumstance that shipping insurance will not cover. Please contact us to inquire about your exchange or return.
